Spare Parts

1. Advanced Scientific will provide the list of Spare Parts required for next maintenance, upon completion of every Preventive Maintenance (PM) of equipment.
2. Advanced Scientific can supply the Spare Parts either through separate Purchase Order or on an agreed Cost Plus basis subject to prior approval by GEMS Laboratories.
